Elisheva Allon, RD

Registered Dietitian

Elisheva Allon, RD

Elisheva graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Nutrition. She completed my Dietetic Internship with Kieth and Associates. During her internship, she worked in a variety of settings where she gained vast knowledge in her clinical, foodservice, and community rotations. Elisheva’s passion for nutrition started at a young age and ultimately led her to pursue a degree in Dietetics. During her years in University, she came to the realization that health does not need to be obtained through a restrictive diet. Diet culture causes our minds to think that food is either "good" or "bad. However, after studying the research, she now knows that all kinds of foods can be enjoyed without guilt. Elisheva’s goal for clients is to help them view food as nourishment and to empower them to make food choices that feel good! Elisheva looks forward to being a part of your journey in obtaining a healthy relationship with food!
